1. You confirm that the footwear provided is new or in suitable condition for customization.

2. You understand that customization may permanently alter the original footwear.

3. You acknowledge that slight variations in color, stone placement, and detailing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each design.

4. You agree to all deposit, payment, and resale policies outlined above.

5. You understand that rush services are subject to availability and additional fees.

6. You acknowledge that Hot Foot Designs is not liable for damage caused by misuse, excessive force, water submersion, or improper care.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, couture-level Carnival footwear. In return, we expect timely communication and adherence to payment terms.
