International Policy

Hot Foot Designs proudly serves clients worldwide.

Please review the following information regarding international orders:

• Production begins only after the deposit payment and footwear have been received.
• Turnaround time begins once footwear is physically in our possession.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
• Clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
• Hot Foot Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or carrier-related disruptions.

• Hot Foot Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
• Accurate shipping information must be provided prior to dispatch. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.

• All outgoing packages are shipped with carrier-provided shipping insurance for added protection.

• In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, claims must be processed through the shipping carrier in accordance with their insurance policies and timelines.

• Tracking information will be provided once your completed design has been shipped.

To ensure a smooth, secure experience, please review the following guidelines.

📦 Packing Instructions (Customer → Hot Foot Designs)

To prevent damage during transit, please follow these instructions carefully:

• Footwear must be new or unworn.
• Place each shoe inside its original shoebox (if available).
• Wrap footwear in tissue paper or protective padding.
• Place the shoebox inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Secure all edges of the box with strong packing tape.

Production cannot begin until both the deposit payment and the footwear have been received.

⏳ Production & Shipping Timelines

• Production begins once the deposit payment and footwear are physically received.
• Standard production time ranges from 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity.
• Shipping timelines vary based on destination and carrier transit times.
• Tracking information will be provided once your completed design has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak Carnival seasons, timelines may be slightly longer due to increased volume and customs processing.

🌐 International Customs Reminder

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees depending on your country’s regulations. Clients are responsible for any customs-related charges imposed by their destination country.

Hot Foot Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions.

To minimize delays, we strongly recommend shipping your footwear early — especially during Carnival season.

⚡ Expedited Shipping Upgrade

Standard shipping is included with all orders.

If you require expedited shipping:

• An additional invoice will be issued for the upgrade cost.
• Expedited service applies to shipping speed only and does not reduce production time unless previously agreed upon.

Availability of expedited service may vary based on destination and carrier schedules.

🛡 Shipping Insurance & Protection

All inbound and outbound shipments are sent with tracking and shipping insurance for added protection.

Declared value is based on the replacement cost of your custom design, including materials and labor.

In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, claims will be processed in accordance with the shipping carrier’s insurance policies and timelines.

Hot Foot Designs’ liability is limited to the insured declared value.
